Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. Once your return request is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@solady.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, so we can resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-returnable items:
- gift cards
- custom-made or altered items
- items returned without original tags or packaging
- sale items, unless faulty, damaged, or not as described
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Where applicable, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded in line with your statutory cancellation rights.
